    Thats what I mean, now everyone, whether we did or didn't have a TH would have access to info RE:LNC holding SXP.

    That is why, for me at least, it makes sense for TH to take place. It allows officail approaches to take place and to nut out merger etc. without spooking anybody.

    Sorry if I am not communcating effectively, I think I'm still recovering from the long weekend. :P
