    Well, I don't actually want LNC shares.

    I can see much more value being unlocked from my SXP shares over a few years, than if I held LNC shares, ucg or no.

    But obviously LNC see that too, or they wouldn't be after the company.

    So it had better be a hefty premium for us SXPers.
