I doubt 5% will achieve much.Doug Battersby (ESG) and David King (ESG) own over 15% of shares on issue.Both founded ESG. David King is Sapex director.ESG see Sapex as a means to supplying gas to Adelaide.Patrick Elliott (Barbed Wire Holdings) holds the ace as majority shareholder though - non-exec director.Interestingly it's come about once the director have been holding their shares for 12 months....wonder why lol....Possibly indicates that this will go ahead the more I think about it.I'm still wondering where ESG fit in though. Something is up. Don't rule out ESG coming back though.
