not sure about 15c . Price must stay about $5 for nasdaq otherwise risk to delisting. that equates to around 16.5c. Not sure that the market makers will allow this or want it to happen.
yes our market is different, buy maybe it could very short term, but I wouldn't think that it would stay at that level more than intraday.
The bots with their programs have been playing havoc on the asx recently with their ups and downs running stops and getting people to buy in before turning around again and stopping them out.
Anyway, good luck with 15c. Time will tell.
