Lexcorp, you may very well be right as the last significant trading range is 14c-22c.
50% of that range is 18c, which PRR has been using as support and resistance.
50% above that trading range is 26c, which has been a resistance level.
Obviously there has been false breaks of the upper limit of this last major range, but now it is settling yet again into the range and the 50% of that range (18c) may be support, if sentiment stays low and/or announcement don't appear
then the base support is 14c
