I am NOT ramping up INL,but telling what I see.
1) Bollies:
For the 1st time in 6 months,INL moved to touch the upper band.It is staying there for a few days happy enough.This is a sign of strength.
2) OBV:
Strange enough (notwithstanding the "selling" in the last few months)....this year's OBV is still in +ve territory of some 15m (from a high of around 30m when the SP was 0.038)..... One would expect it to be deep in the -ve.
Another sign of strength.

there is no doubt that INL is still in a downtrend,but the above indicators give some confidence.
