In minres case , should some of the smoke actually be a fire , you can probably expect in due course a shareholder action for failing to keep market informed. If I had bought shares recently and now seen a 30 , 40% dip in value I would be pissed and the vulture lawyers will be only too happy to extract a pound of flesh.
The full story has yet to be told and I think those that are bashing the AFR might have to ultimately concede that what happened has been a material cost to Minres and therefore share value.
