.....well, I misread that one. That's both in the short term as regards the Fin's slew of allegations and longer term as regards the compliance culture ( or lack of it ) from Ellison and co.
While the ASX ann last week implied all was good, they actually loaded up both barrels for Ellison and have let rip and now Ellison joins the list of those who shoulder all the blame and i guess in founder led organisations that is appropriate ( Joyce getting both barrels @Q being a bit of overkill)

But in truth, it sounds like there has been an extraordinary amount of nepotism and corruption embedded in MIN and CE and co have just ignored the rules since the get go.

this will run for a bit in terms of investigations and resulting investigations.

the Board have tried to protect shareholders and themselves and come up with a strategy to try to get a win / win situation. It remains to be seen how effective that will be. There may well be a purge coming.

Shorts to have a field day in the interim as the market decides what way to turn on this one.

Hang in there, this will fast track MIN to being a large entity that plays by the rules, rather than paying limited lip service to them. THe qty shows that the hard work is done and the market will reward patience.
