Non-holder here but have kept a close eye on MIN for some time.
Ellison's reputation has been shredded and MIN's Boardroom line has gone from "personal matter" to CEO and Chairman standing down in the space of the week.
Yet some here are still railing at a supposed shorter conspiracy and are angry at the AFR for being spot on.
MIN are in a very uncomfortable space holding onto a charismatic leader who has admitted grave wrong-doing and who may yet face legal prosecution. On one hand he lacks the character necessary to lead MIN, on the other hand the Board has failed with sucession planning so totally it may take 12-18 months to replace a dead-duck CEO.
This is a company with good assets and a manageable balance sheet. But both Board and Exec Team have failed shareholders.
