    Has anyone seen that report that Goldman put out forecasting the oil price to go head towards 200 in 6-18 months? Does all the excitement here factor that in as well? I know it seems bullish but I remember in 2006 a goldman report saying oil would go through 100 and thought it was a bit steep.
