IMHO, ENI will drill Blackwood, renege on Heron and then take out MEO. Yes, I said it here; take out MEO. What will it take; 15c or 20c. Please, this is spare change for ENI to get access to an approved project. ENI do not see MEO as a partner on TS, as they want 100%
