The 400 sands aren't unknown they have have 9 or 10 holes put into them, cored, flow tested, inference tested.
They are good sands that will produce lots of oil. Just relatively more difficult to the excellent 500 series sands found at SNE.
Its very easy to twist the narrative to suit your agenda, one agenda for FAR one agenda for CVN?
