The costs of the rail and port will probably be off balance sheet (see analysts reports). ie 3rd party company to build and operate for both mmx and mis and receive a payment for each tonne transported.
I expect a company float for this and i would hope mmx shareholders get first opportunity to buy in. the transport infrastructure operations will be very profitable.
Jack hills + weld range is about 800 million tonnes
