    The package is still not finalised hence no announcement. But based on the previous conference call, and more recently the article which interviwed Bill posted only a couple of weeks ago. It does not come at a surprise management would be working on new debt financing. It's been telegraphed for some time.

    Hopefully it will be settled for the Q3 results conference call.
