NEU has always been and will remain a trader's nightmare.
Look at the volume for an example. 1.7 Mil on NEU would be considered a low volume and over the next course of days I will be surprised if it does not hit 10 cents again.
Then just when you think this is a dog stock and traders quit - it will head to 18-19 cents.
I will say 5th January target of 18 cents looks really good.
