Cross 'foruming' a bit, but wouldn't Prana like to throw the money into PBT2 trials that these US bios can pour into their drugs. I suppose that any Australian biotech with a promising drug is in the same position.
No wonder it is such a slow, usually fruitless process in this country. Drugs that make it out of Aus must be very, very good or very lucky, or most probably a combination of the two. Let's hope Neuren with Trofinetide and it's follow ups will be one of those. (Also PBT2, as although I no longer hold, I will always have a soft spot for it - there is such a huge burgeoning need.)
