The reason for the buy back suggestion stems from ;

1) If HK hadn't increased the drilling rate then AKK would have funded its share of costs from the 40 million debt facility? Yes?

2) so the transaction would be to just cancel out the SPP, as long as costs were nearly the same.

Any way, the issue the market has with AKK is the FACT the pathfinder project is largely unproven and with AKK doing the drilling I can see why, id much rather a HK situation for pathfinder, 30-40% of something economic is better than a 100% of bugger all.
