I know SPP subscribers will be existing shareholders, however, I believe majority of shareholders will consider it as secondary purchase and to get out at 10% or 20% raise(as everybody expects AKK to repeat good results with EFS wells).

Re-purchasing the existing shares after SPP – no way, I don’t agree to this. AKK needs a lot of CASH to develop their properties so they can grow the revenues. Repurchase of shares is not on the table for management at least for some long time.
They will be servicing debt and might be paying off as well in first few years. However, consolidation of shares will become due as around 2.5 billion shares will be on issue after SPP.
