    So what will happen if the SP drifts into the 0.04x area, as might well be the case. People that want in will buy on market and no additional money flows towards the company.

    I suspect a lot of people will wait till the very last moment to make up their mind. If we get any further delay of the rig and the SP is not well above 5c I can't see how the CR can be successful.
