FYI
MTQ used to have an ROV manufacturing division called MTQ Subsea. They divested of the company in a tight market and the new company formed from the management was called Eastar who were the company that manufactured the Swift WROVs that Neptune purchased (the ones before STS acquisition) Neptune bought 5 of these ROVs. So you could say there is a distinct possibility of a ulterior motive there somewhere.
