    just some broker playing games trying to make it appear as though the price is below the raising price.

    If we had decent regulators, whoever was trading 1 share at a time would be going straight to jail! Yes, it could easily be classified as price manipulation on the day a cap raising closes!

    Fairly obvious purchases are going through @ 11cents with reasonable volume (> 1mil).

    Those accumulating are trying to get their last fill in the cap raising, otherwise they would have to buy up on market.
