Hi Guys
yeah I am with Phil on his explanation.
Basically I read it as Artic Capital (James Packers company) now owns Octaviar share in LLA so Octaviar has nothing to do with LLA anymore and also Octavia's debt to the NAB is all fixed up...so one less creditor.
The picture is coming together.
Thjing are looking better.
But as Phil said...still that court case...though they can take years.
But on August 11th, the offer to OCV's creditor closes and we will hopefully find out soon after that if everyone accepted OCV's terms.
If they do, OCV will need to get those financial signed off by KPMG or whoever said "we cant state OCV is solvent"...and then apply to ASIC for re-listing.
Thats all the best case scenario.
Worst is or possibly the only other is the creditors do no accept OCV's prosposal closing August 11th and OCV goes immediately into administration / liquidation.
4 days to go till the offer closes.
Fingers crossed.
