    Its trading at 1pm.

    The prospectus says Patersons is the lead manager to this float ... all I can say is that these guys have a very poor record when it comes to their deals.

    They did Paynes Find Gold(which I took up) and Water Resources Group recently and both are trading below the IPO price

    Invictus Gold looks like a weak opening as well
