    It's simple.
    If you can admit that aborigines are not doing well/and or are costing too much money then a no vote will not change anything. The yes vote is the only option on the table to improve the lives of Aborigines and potentially lower the spending.

    A no vote is a classic fear of change vote, I personally don't think 30 billion dollars is reasonable spending on 3% of the population and want to hear from these people to improve where the money goes.
