DGH owns and leases out commercial property around Lane Cove in Sydney. Occasionally it sells its properties and builds new ones.
It has a moderate amount of debt.
Its NTA is 82c compared with a share price of 59c.
It's just listed a property on market for sale and if it gets its asking price, the NTA lifts to 92- 97c.
The proceeds from the sale will extinguish most of DGH's debt.
DGH hardly ever trades. But the chart is pretty exciting. If it can just go up another one and a half cents this will make it its highest price in about three years.
