DGH is a little bit more loved today.
Price is now 62c.
Nice chart if it can hold this price. The last time DGH was 62c was in Feb 2008.
If DGH manages to sell that waterfront property for the price they want, they will be so cheap in NTA .
And DGH is a solid profitable property developer and renter to boot. Presumably if they sell this property for hoped-for price the will report a big profit in this half.
