"The Company wishes to advise that it is bound by strict rules of continuous disclosure in Australia and is required to immediately disclose any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect would have a material effect on the price or value of the entity’s securities. The Company believes it has fulfilled its duties in this regard and that the market has been provided with all information required in order to make informed investment decisions."
