Sorry ST my post was ambiguous. I was referring to current share price compared to likely issue price. Buyers now are likely to get better value.
Even if any future issue is discounted it is unlikely that the share price at time of issue will be what it currently is. Of course your analysis may lead you to disagree with this view.
There is also no guarantee that small retail investors will get an allocation.
The company has stated that it has had interest from North America.
