For the record, it wasn't my intention at all to belittle anyone, and if anyone has taken offence I apologize. I'm simply grateful I find myself in a market that is favouring buyers at present and I'm taking full advantage of these conditions. Rest assured I've experienced my fair share of losses (and maybe more than the average) but that hasn't left me bitter and twisted. IMO bargains abound currently for those who are courageous enough to take a chance and patient enough to wait for their return. By the way, my position and interest has been clearly expressed in my various posts, so all can read my input in that light, but I'm not sure why you hang around. You just seem to take delight in casting about seeds of doubt without supporting your view with anything solid. It's easy to be a knocker and takes little to no courage, but I couldn't see it as satisfying and certainly not uplifting.
