first, if Alexis was heir apparent for the very high paying and much easier job at ANZ why would she take on this basket case?
second, what is your evidence for ANZ getting an OTT price?
Third, what rock have you been under? The whole reason for loss of value is AMP’s weak position in the market place. Be it damaged reputation or lack of scale or poor comparative returns or poor adviser services and relationship.
