But Asada aren't proceeding with the charges they first made about AOD9604 because they knew they would not win on that because they had told Essendon that the drug was not a prohibited substance it was only later that Wada weighed into the argument with this catch all clause.
So now Asada are charging Essendon with a trumped up charge on another drug, without any legitimate proof whatsoever, they have no evidence, if they did they would have tabled it already, they have been looking for well over two years nearly now and they have NOTHING!
This is not good for Essendon, but it wont help any other club in the AFL either.
