Unfortunately Kip, if you take on the role, you take on both good and bad that goes with it.
We now know it to be bad advise with regard to the BP issue because any settlement further validates the judgement.
Anyway, again let's see what this week brings. I'm hoping for some sort of positive announcement re BP early in the week, then I suppose we'll see the dreaded cap raising shortly thereafter, possibly after close Friday....... the money has to be running low now...
