i smell a rat It's either good or bad. the ecent top 20 listed 3-4 companies sitting just under the 5% disclosure level. Ordinarily I would say that is really good as it may involve a group of 'independent' investors making a play on a company but in the case it also raises suspicion that it is a group of people who want to control & trade the SP without having to report those changes.

Time will tell but if any ETC followers have any info as to which of those companies are associated with directors that would help - I know which is the Dykes one from recent announcements.
