yes there are riots in Brazil... but what the media do not say however is that one of the grievances the mob has is that Avanco has not issued its promised upgrade to jorc.

That is why the people are unhappy... nothing to do with something petty like a rise in a bus fare, or a bit of the usual corruption.
It is my belief that if the upgrade was announced, you would see most of the crowds dispersing.
