a humble suggestion -

forget/ignore what's happening on an hourly/daily/weekly basis.

Concentrate on the monthly and longer indications, otherwise you'll sweat yourself to death/loss.

Gold is going up long term, whilst most other things are going to fall.

All imo of course.

I just hope, since I'm getting on in my life span, it doesn't take too long - 'cause I'd simply like to see it happen before I go.
