The other relevant point here is that in the recent past, SFR has notified AUR of good drilling news during a quarter, and not wait until it is definitely required to during the month following the end of the quarter in question pursuant to the terms of their Agreement. That history, which evidences the good relationship between the 2 companies, is the counter argument to the view that SFR is sitting on something that is price-sensitive to AUR.
The only support for the view that it is sitting on something good is the reliance on the exclusion: the information comprises matters of supposition or is insufficiently definite to warrant disclosure.
Maybe it wants assays before reporting, not relying on visuals etc as it did back in May 2018 when it called a TH.
