These same guys have been buying for some time now.
So maybe the new management have got their act together and solved the problems they were having with the integration regarding the cross hiring of euipment.
Tipping an earnings upgrade after the recent 2 downgrades.
Weather better as well helps.
Lets hope we are finally back on track again.
If thats the case plenty of upside in this stock.
