Beffa,
A number of Brokers are recommending CMW a very good yield play considering the Quarterly payment it nets out around 10% unfranked which is fantastic for a super fund in Pension phase.
Also a large % of the tenants are Governments which is seen as a plus.
You will also notice the Banks have had a good run considering Yield.
