cromwell shares are tightly held this is the reason i purchased them awhile back, most of the distribution is defferred tax income, in other words you pay a capital tax gain or loss on selling.
Volume is high and was similar volume a few weeks back, hope its a buy in, not a preparation for a sell out. Most brokers in the past year having telling their clients to be underweight the reits and to them cromwell has too much debt!
