I don't think it makes sense to start paying dividends until the ipo options expire.
Post April I think we will see commencement of dividends.
Penrith, Preston & kingsgrove property have all seen growth since acquisition date.
I expect NTA of circa $1.15 post release of dec17 audited accounts & booking of revals.
