Timbowls,sorry it took so long. I did ring BKI and asked about financing prestons/mainfrieght. Basically they are aware of the issue of conflicts of interest in borrowing from themselves BUT if the alternative is too expensive then they may keep it in house and in trust structure for protection.
Please ring them yourself to confirm any fears as I dont want to blur the lines with a lack of understanding on my part about trusts etc...He was very open and engaging in his response.
also after asking about divs. he said that as shareholders themselves,ie: other arms of SOL/BKW/BKI and as individuals they are very aligned with our objectives of earning divs. I said that I expected one this year he said so does he.However that is a decision to be made by the board.
i did ask if he had any reasoning for the price to be down here and of course he didnt but indicated no concern.
My sentiment changed from hold to BUY
