I did consider that possibility but off memory they targeted the first half of 2018 in their initial prospectus. I also emailed them a few months ago and Contact confirmed that they are still targeting early 2018. You would hope they would be able to accumulate enough of an income stream via the shares and other two properties (one of which is currently being sold up).
