It is probably not going to be a stellar return by any means while they still have a fair chunk of their assets in non income producing areas however a big part of the "sales pitch" for any LIC is the dividend and I would say they would like to get it going as soon as possible. Particularly as they have the pressure of the options (at $1.10) expiring in April.
