This doesn't seem like a red flag to me at all. This year the company is entering into a critical phase where it phase 1 goes into production, and we need to look at ways to fund phase 2 and beyond.
This seems like the perfect time to get the right person with a breadth of experience into the job. There are crucial decisions that need to be made which will impact us as shareholders, and I optimistic that Renergen will find a candidate with the relevant experience and charisma to assist this company going forward, as I am sure we can all agree, the management can make or break a company.
