The question was also asked regarding the "Linde" off take agreement and was answered as below:
Addressing Linde, this is a take-or-pay for Phase 1 only. They have no rights or ability to increase their allocations in Phase 2 – they have to get in a queue and negotiate just like everyone else. It was a necessary contract to fund Phase 1 and served its purpose well.
