I agree with all your points wholeheartedly, and you make them quite clearly.
Buckland also makes good common sense points, if not always so eloquently, but the issues are valid.
How the hell Carter was ever allowed to land the dual roles is beyond me. And the result is completely predictable.
The truth is we all have NFI what is happening in this company but well and truly hoodwinked we have been for a long long time.
