You have answered your own question. SUDUD is being offered for sale at 0.002 quite simply for the reason that it has an additional 12 months for converting than SUDOC. SUDOC is being sold at 0.001 because most of these were free issues and some holders do not expect that they will ever be in a position to convert them for 0.015 and hence taking the 0.001 whilst it is being offered. The closer we get to the conversion date without any hope of conversion there will be a flood of SUDOC shares on the market at 0.001.
