I think you should call Steve Carter CEO direct on the second question.
Why is the share price so low? - good question - but this is a bio stock and the market is a re-active tool. The first two deals are too far away for many in terms of royalty stream it would seem barely making a ripple on the market.
But if you read past posts here, people have been in this stock a long time are becoming increasingly frustrated at the share price and the length of time deals are taking which is understandable
In reality Suda as we know it today is a bit over 4 year's old which is when current management started, so still very young.
Talk to the Company and get some answers from them because many posters on here are not as informed as others.
