IMO,CEO maybe knew DSH was in big trouble with cash flow and debts repayment plans after DSH announced sales result was less than expectation from October? 2015.
But DSH did not announced about the big problems with debts repayment plans and cash flow nor try to raise capital.
IMO,CEO maybe did not do due diligence with cash flow management and debts repayments plans and did not announce the serious problems with cash flow and debts repayments plans.
Is it impossible to sue CEO against not having done due diligence or to do a class action against not having announced the serious financial problems?
