Paradice appears to be in a rush to cash out all its holding. If they were patient they could do it slowly instead of hitting whatever they find on the bid, to achieve a better financial outcome. I suspect this might be a precaution to get out before a law suit hits the company. It may very well turn out to be the instigator.

I think this stock is now priced on fear, cum-lawsuit.

What are people's views of chances of a lawsuit, class action or otherwise in the next month?
